Terms & Conditions
The hire terms and the items that cannot go in our bins. If you are unsure about anything, call us before you load and we will help.
Hire terms
- Concrete, brick, or mixed concrete and brick loads must remain clean, otherwise significant additional charges apply.
- General waste hire is 7 days standard, with additional hire days charged at a small daily rate (call our office for the current rate).
- Hire is preferred paid on delivery, with payment on pickup available by arrangement.
- Tax invoices and receipts are available on request.
- Account work is invoiced on delivery on a 30 day basis, and additional fees may apply to late settlement.
Prohibited items
Never place these in any bin.
- Asbestos
- Contaminated waste
- Hazardous materials
- Food waste
- Paint
- Gas bottles
Additional charge items
These items can be accepted but incur an additional charge. Ask us first.
- Mattresses and bases
- Carpet and underlay
- Tyres
- Overweight bins
